A side of brutal India . A man in Uttar Pradesh has to carry oxygen cylinder for his mother who was waiting for Ambulance to reach the hospital. This proves what kind of facilities are we live in. Govt. Wants us to pay tax in full and in return we get this. Govt. Really should think about it.
